This 90-minute working consultation is designed for homeowners who want focused, professional guidance on specific design decisions without committing to a full-service design project. We can use the session to review layout, furniture, finishes, paint, lighting, window treatments, architectural details, styling, or other areas where you need a designer’s direction.

Consultations may be held virtually or in person, depending on project location and availability. In-person consultations include up to 30 minutes of travel at no additional charge; projects outside that radius may be subject to an additional travel fee.

After the consultation, you’ll receive a written recap of my recommendations and next steps so you have a clear, practical reference as you move forward. If we discuss specific items to replace or add, I can also outline recommended sizes, styles, finishes, or general sourcing direction.

Fee: $350

After submitting this request, Heritage Home Company will be in touch to coordinate scheduling. Your consultation is reserved once the service agreement is signed and payment is received.
